"A
Class Designed Specifically for Independent
Telephone Company Technical Staff"
Once construction of a fiber
optic network has been completed, the system is turned over to the telephone
company, whose technicians then become responsible for upgrades such as
adding DLC's, cable moves, hot cuts, performance monitoring, and repair.
This class will give both the experienced and new technicians practical
knowledge they need to rise to the needs of maintaining their new plant.
Tools and test equipment are examined, suggested repair procedures are
introduced, and the technician is introduced to methods that will help
create effective plant for the inevitable changes that will come.
The instructors deal with the issues presented in this seminar on a daily
basis, and will present solid, practical solutions that can be utilized
immediately.
Participants are encouraged
to bring any test equipment they may already have to the seminar for a
free inspection and comment by the instructor. This course is
strictly non-vendor specific. We sell nothing but practical
knowledge and experience!
All attendees will receive handouts
they can keep for reference, and a certificate of training will be awarded
at the end of the class.
This class is also available
for presentation on-site at your facilities.
